Create a leaderboard page which paginates the list of all the contributors. This page should be publicly visible. Contributors should be sorted in descending order of total number of points closed issues across all repos. Clicking on a contributor in the leader board should redirect to you a page that gives you a breakdown of how many points a contributor has per repo.
