This builds a basic OBS build for OSX. If the build is called from a travis cron task the build is uploaded to an S3 bucket.
Super simple (crappy) file list of the build artifacts, I'll improve this later.

The secure variables will need to be set for the travis repo, I'll need to sync up with someone with repo access to get that done.
We also need to send an email to travis to enable cron: https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/cron-jobs/
Someone will also need to login to https://travis-ci.org/ and enable builds for obs-studio.
