Expected Behavior

I would not expect the crossbar settings to be reset unless I go in and reset them

Current Behavior

Crossbar settings get reset simply by opening the Video Capture Device properties window. Even if you cancel out of it.

Steps to Reproduce

6. Sources > Add > Video Capture Device > OK
   1. Device: Dazzle DVC100 Video Device
   2. Audio Output Mode: Output desktop audio (DirectSound)
      1. ✅Use custom audio device
      2. Audio Device: Line (Dazzle DVC100 Audio Device)
   3. Configure Crossbar
      1. Output > Audio Decoder Out
      2. Input > Audio Line In
      3. ✅Link Related Streams
      4. Apply/Save
   4. Apply/Save
   5. Double click the Video Capture Device

The crossbar settings will now be reset and functionality no longer working.
