Expected Behavior

The installer worked fine on a similar laptop recently (a month or two ago).

But it's complaining that I require Windows 10, which seems incorrect.

Current Behavior

Installer errors with a message saying that Windows 10 is required.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the installer, it will fail.

Anything else we should know?

Tried 30.2.1, 30.2.2, 30.2.3 and 31.0.0-beta1, same problem.
