UI - Show sync in appropriate units instead of always showing in seconds. #657

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Create an agent and add lot of knowledge files (600 in my case) from onedrive location.
  2. Sync takes a long time about 20 minutes which is expected.

Notice that Duration is presented in seconds.

Expected Behavior:
Ideally we should be presenting this in minutes.
