The labs archive node at mainnet-grpc-v2202-oasis-client is running this version of oasis client which should have included the fix in 5540. However, when trying to re-enable to emerald damask suite, it errors with failed historical balance queries when running the emerald runtime FinalizeFastSync. Investigate this and see if there's something else going on.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. uncomment the emerald analyzer in the config
  2. make postgres
  3. ./tests/e2e_regression/run.sh -a damask
