Halfling should be moved to Pyoran subrace as well. All I'm adding is the Stone Tea for brew

Elfmarked should be Human subrace IMO

When Gnome (Pyoran) is added in Foundry, it should also add Gnomish Tea Set to inventory. Is this possible?

Try adding a list like this example of a background:
