Crash on startup with firmware 18.1.0

Description
The console (emuMMC, to be specific) crashes after the Nintendo Switch logo with the following error screen:

Panic occurred while running Atmosphere.
Title ID:  690000000000000D
Error: std::abort <0xFFE>

Press POWER to continue.

The installed sys-con version is 1.1.1-ATMOSPHERE-1.7.0.
The emuMMC is on firmware 18.1.0 with Atmosphère 1.7.1 and Hekate v6.2.0 v4.

How to reproduce
From Hekate, Launch -> boot Atmosphere FSS0 emuMMC, then the crash will happen.

Logs

• Attach your logs /config/sys-con/log.log to the ticket (Logs in "Trace" mode (README)
• Attach your /config/sys-con/config.ini
