Added initial labels auto-translation into users $LANG. For now we have ca_ES, de_DE, es_AR, es_ES, fr_FR, it_IT, nl_NL, pl_PL, pt_BR, ru_RU, tr_TR. On 1st run (and never again) the following default labels will be translated: nwg-panel -> Controls module, nwg-bar. Once translated, the labels may be then modified freely.

This is expected to happen right after installation on just installed systems. As long as you haven't changed default labels in your current setup, they will be translated as well.

If we still don't have your $LANG translated, feel free to contribute to this folder. Initial labels translation is not (yet?) supported by the nwg-shell-translate utility.
