The new smart-ness 🎅

With three new config options, telekasten now supports even more use-cases. 🎄

• links to non-existing [[2021-12-24]] Christmas or [[2022-W01]] first-week notes can now turn into daily / weekly notes when followed via follow_link(). Set both of the following new options to smart (default) for this.
• if new_note_location is set to same_as_current, new notes will be created in the same folder as the currently active note. This might be useful if you work predominantly in a sub-folder structure.
• set template_handling to always_ask if the current distinction between normal, daily, and weekly does not work for you

Telekasten filetype is now optional

While I don't recommend it for most users, if you like to set filetypes and syntaxes yourself, set auto_set_filetype to false:

    -- auto-set telekasten filetype: if false, the telekasten filetype will not be used
    --                               and thus the telekasten syntax will not be loaded either
    auto_set_filetype = true,

In that case it would only make sense to set take_over_my_home to false as well 😊.
