New Neorg module to capture data

Hi everyone,
I've currently developed a Neorg module that allows you to capture either new .norg files under a specific workspace, or even pieces of text under specific headings in an already-existing norg file.

If you think this could help you, I would really appreciate any feedback, or bug report, so that the module can become more robust.

Also, I later discovered that something similar to this already existed, if you combine the Neorg Templates and Neorg Capture modules. This will still have the benefit of having everything in just one place. Also, it doesn't force you to use LuaSnip or to create a template in a different file, since the text is inlined.
The name "better captures" is not related to those plugins, but in respect to the default features of Neorg (just to be clear and not offend anyone 🙂 )
