Ability to cross reference between different tags in generate-workspace-summary

Is it possible to implement the following feature?

• Ability to generate workspace summaries that allow for a combination of tags.

For example, if we have tags such as follows - "work", "personal", "done", "open"
The ability to look at different combination of tags.
I may want to look at "open work notes" or "personal done notes" and so on..

Is this possible to do with the current infrastructure? I tried looking through the discussions and could not find any reference to a feature like this.
