Ability to have different kind of journal modes

I'm not a daily journal guy, but I like keeping notes of my week at work (tasks and stuff like that).

I.e :Neorg journal current :Neorg journal previous :Neorg journal next so that I can traverse the current week (this I guess would need to adjust to Sunday being the first or the last day of the week)

In terms of templating support, It would be nice to have templates saying Monday 01--01-2023 (to have the exact calendar day next to the weekday) but having Monday alone is enough.
