docs: add the list of companies using Nuxt

Hello,

I think it is worthwhile to list well-known companies and institutions that using Nuxt. The existing lists are either very incomplete, have companies that have since refactored and no longer use Nuxt, or lack links as proof.

Therefore, I have conducted a relatively comprehensive collection and analysis of well-known large companies using Vue/Nuxt. To my surprise, the adoption rate of Vue/Nuxt is much higher than I imagined. Many companies or institutions like Tencent, Xiaomi, NetEase, Zoom, BYD, Cadillac, The North Face, Adidas, Nintendo, miHoYo, China Unicom, ASUS, S.F. and IKEA are using Nuxt.
