The easiest fix is to put setTimeout but this doesn't feels right.

For some reason it takes quite some time to render Docus content, so Scrollspy initiated too early. What possible solutions to fix this? Maybe we can have an event fired when Docus content is ready or rendered? Then just wait an event and run Scrollspy.
