When trying to add a Journal entry, it is not specified in the UG that you cannot have multiple entries of the same title, but this actually not allowed in the app,
even though it should be allowed as multiple people can have meetings with clients.

The severity of this issue is Low because it gives a meaningful error message to users and then it will not affect the usage of the product (Users will know). However, it is still neccessary for the team to include this in the User Guide.
