Setup some kind of CI to do very basic build & integrate on each new PR submitted?

Hey @damithc,

What do you think about using some kind of CI so that every PR that's submitted on all our submissions get sent to a CI server to be built and integrated? It could just perform something super minimal like just making sure everything compiles.

This could make tutorial sessions faster as tutors will see a live feedback in the PR itself that the build is green and compiles successfully.
