We should verify that any new console / engine build works with the latest releases of each extension we support. Currently, we only test the NUnitProjectLoader extension.

This issue has been resolved in version 3.18.3

The release is available on:
GitHub.
NuGet packages are also available NuGet.org and
Chocolatey Packages may be found at Chocolatey.org
