Title says it all. Atom's whitespace plugin does this and I really like it. I could try implementing the feature myself, if it is on the scope of this project.

I think that would be pretty easy, given that StripWhitespace already takes a range. However I don't really see the use case.

I save my changes so often that sometimes I save while still working on a line.
