Can no longer sign in using Biometrics

I've been logging in with biometrics, but suddenly it won't let me use biometrics to login. I cannot remember my password because I haven't used it in awhile.

How can I use biometrics again?

Is there anyway for me to recover my password?

Hello user. I hope you are doing good.
I am running iOS 15.7 on my iPhone. Recently I reset my phone and later restored with iTunes backup, but now I cant install NS WALLET app as it is no longer available in appstore. I've tried contacting app developer but no response.
Can you help me please? If you have an iPhone with this app installed can you backup the app .ipa file and send the app file to me through email? That will be so helpful.
