Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'm always frustrated when I see aws/aws-sdk-go#5270, SDK we use in some places is outdated.

Describe the solution you'd like

Migrate to https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go-v2, shouldn't be hard for us since we don't use a lot of it.
