fix(nx-plugin): fix explicity obsolete type

Current Behavior

Generated plugin fails on lint with Type string trivially inferred from a string literal, remove type annotation. due to @typescript-eslint/no-inferrable-types

Expected Behavior

Freshly generated plugin should not fail on lint
