Description of the new feature/enhancement

Weasis has an default AETitle used for Dicom Send. Most PACS only allow defined AETitles to send images, and some times it's not possible to add new AETitles it to a PACS.
So a nice feature would be allowing the user to select the dicom Calling Node (the same way as in Dicom Import -> Query/Retrieve) in the Dicom Export -> Dicom Send window and using it to send images.

When the property weasis.aet is null, then the combo of the calling nodes appears.
