Preserve measurement tool unit selection within a series

Description of the new feature/enhancement

when trying to make measurements on multiple frames in one series, every time I move frame to frame, the units of measurement resets to centimeters. For research purposes this causes a significantly longer time to process data. You should be able to set the unit and have it stay consistent within one series!

After this fix, only the PIXEL unit will be automatically changed when scrolling into the series.
