Describe the bug
The menu / icon for opening images into the 2D viewer should not be available. The only way to import images with Dicomizer must be in the left panel (import button or drag and drop).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Import images with Dicomizer
  2. Edit an image
  3. Go to File > Open > Image

Expected behavior
Menu and icon for opening directly images should not be available
