The new
vqfximage includes a configuration to allow LLDP over the linux bridges inside the container. This PR finishes the tasks needed to enable LLDP within the entire solution by accomplishing the final two tasks:antibridgeCNI plugin download to the bootstrap playbooks. This is effectively the same as thebridgeplugin, with minor adjustments to enable LLDP.Closes nre-learning/antidote#39
