vzmaster kill should kill everything including the supervisor #39

The algorithm is as follows:

find the PGID by the opencontainer process id
kill the PGID according to http://stackoverflow.com/a/392155/805266

Note that this doesn't require running runch kill or having the right PID, but we will need runch delete to unmount everything.
