Issue with guide loading forever and not bringing up any info

I don't know the specific cause to this but my attempts to use HHG for the past few days have been stifled by it simply loading forever

This is after I have installed and uninstalled it as an extension multiple times. I haven't accessed the site in incognito mode but I also don't have any idea where the files are stored locally so I don't really know how to check if there's something stopping them from saving properly. Though considering I'm using it on a new PC I don't think there should be anything stopping it. No antivirus applications or warnings were given for it while installing.
