First release

Extract the zip archive in your devkitPro/portlibs/3ds folder.

These libs depend on other libs: refer to the SDL documentation.

All the dependencies (and many other useful libs for coding homebrews for the 3ds) can be installed using the makefile that can be found at: http://github.com/devkitPro/3ds_portlibs
