"parsec-vdd is the only Indirect Display Driver supporting Gaming. What is its function? I couldn't find any documentation. Does it offer faster latency?"

Hi,

The term "gaming" is used for remote desktop and game streaming, such as play games through Parsec or Moonlight (+Sunshine) with headless PC using Parsec VDD. About faster/low latency, you can test all the virtual displays listed in the README, Parsec VDD will give better performance, maybe higher FPS than physical display.
