Swiper-container - big CLS problem on PageSpeed

Hello, I'm newbie SEO specialist and I noticed there is a problem with CLS with our website: wicie.pl
I checked google dev tools/performance and I see there is problem with swiper-container.

Columns change from 1 big to 4 smaller (we want 4 small columns all time)
Above is on desktop.
On mobile there is same problem on PageSpeed but I see nothing on timeline.
version of swiper is the latest: 6.5.7.
