Blue sliding effect on 'project' looks like broken when hover

Blue sliding effects look like broken when you hover a project's thumbnail.

Steps:

1. Open page https://krzysztofszumny.com/projects
2. Hover over any of the projects thumbnails

Expected effect: Blue sliding effect on hover goes from the bottom to the top as a continuous effect.

Actual Effect: When project is hover, blue sliding effect appears. But it stops after title and one line of description so it looks like it's broken or incomplete. Whole effect appears only after moving cursor on that blue part so it could slide up to top. Alternatively when project is hover on the lower cover's part, blue sliding effect doesn't appear as continuous effect but it 'jumps' in the middle.
