Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

I Just Install NoiseTorch, Before Installing My Uploading (In My PC ) Speed Was Normal ( 5-6 MBPS), But After installing It Reduce to 50-118Kbps. I Upload data In Google Drive, But My Phone Uploading Speed is Normal. Is This Happening For NoiseTorch or Some Other Reason.

Intel 12500
Gygabite Arous 660 M pro Ddr 5
16 gb ram
Ubontu 24.04.1 Lts

I struggle to see a practical relation.

  • Can this be reproduced running iperf to generate consistent local traffic?
  • Why should the ISP or service you are uploading to not be blamed instead?
  • Why no log given?

Seriously I Don't Why This Happening To My Network, But Now I Am Sure NoiseTorch Is Not The Reason.
