Unable to connect to master, out-dated image?

Hi there,

I tried to use this image, but unfortunately, I can't connect to the main server.
Maybe it's on my side, but as the image has not been updated for 2 months on Docker Hub, maybe it is out-dated?

I have exactly the same issue on my Ubuntu 16.04 server.
Do I need to have particular version of Ubuntu or docker installed?
