arm64 architecture in ubuntu nodesource repository

Since you already provide binaries for the arm64 architecture (thanks for that) it would be nice to also have them in the Ubuntu (and other distros) repositories provided by nodesource. At the moment I could only find armhf.

Note that https://github.com/nodesource/distributions is the place to file issue about the NodeSource distributions, they are not supported by the core project.
