Windows installer truncates text on high DPI displays #60

Windows installer, retrieved from https://nodejs.org/dist/v16.13.1/node-v16.13.1-win-x64.zip (via https://nodejs.org/en/download/), on a display with the system scaler set to 250%, truncates various labels, rendering them unreadable. For example:
