Cannot get help on npm because 'man' is missing #625

When attempting to get help on npm within the image via npm help <cmd> I receive the following error: check if the file 'man' is present

Need to install the man utility in the image in order for npm docs to work in this image. This is especially useful when one execs into a container for debugging.

I tested this on tags 8 and 9. Have not tested on -alpine.
