Do we want collaborator summit build session?

With the upcoming collaborator session - openjs-foundation/summit#236 - I was wondering if there was any interest in having a build session?

@sam-github has already proposed a session around CI stability - openjs-foundation/summit#274 but that has a predominant focus on testing issues.

A couple of example ideas to discuss could be:
Reworking container builds to use docker - #1982
Helping new members ramp up their contributions to join the WG (weve had a few show interest recently)
Maybe some discussion on the ongoing metrics work

Anyone have any ideas or is +/-1 on this idea?
