No notifications for ADT for HK

Hello so I’m new to alarm.com but not to homebridge. Moved into a new place and have ADT control. I have the panel and all sensors into HK but no sensors change state or give notifications. The panel does change state when triggered.

The issue stated is plugin generated a warning from characteristic “contact sensor state” characteristics was supplied illegal value:null. Home app will reject null for Apple defined characteristics.

I am beyond lost thank you anyone. And dev for the help.

Here is what I have it seems to arm per scenes and disarm with automations. But when a door is opened even if i lower to refresh it still does not trigger anything. Now if the door is left open or window for say more than 3 minutes it triggers a notification. Thank You

I just pushed a new stable version of the plugin which had a couple of fixes for sensor states. Could you check again and let me know if this is still an issue?

Hey

so I am still not receiving any notifications on HK when using the alarm plugin. The plugin is great for arming and such through HK. It also has the delay so can’t use any contact for automations.

Huh. That sounds like it might be two different issues. For the delay, see #130.

For the lack of notifications, do you have notifications turned on both for the home app AND for the individual device within the HK app?

I will look at 130 now and yes I have multiple Homebridge plugins and have been using Hk since it was introduced to Apple. I had notifications enabled when I sent the original issue back in January. It hasn’t been an issue I’ve continued to use the plugin just would be nice to receive through HK

What do you suggest polling should be set to. My alarm ADT panel is also on WiFi. Also let’s say a door is left open for maybe 3 mins it will send the notification through HK.
