Focus not set on input window in horizontal mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Turn off Vertical mode: in Edit > Preferences > User Interface > Window Layout set to Horizontal and click OK.
2. Close out of DreamPie.
3. Open DreamPie. (happens each time you open a new DreamPie instance).

What is the expected result?
Cursor focus should be set on the window on the right, where input is entered.

What happens instead?
Cursor focus is set on the window on the left, where input is not enterable.
This is a minor annoyance at first, but the annoyance goes up over time, because it happens every time the program is run.
