Reverse scroll option for both horizontal and vertical scrolling [enhancement]

Description

The problem is that on the MX Master 3S it seems that the horizontal scroll direction is the opposite of the vertical. It means that if I tick the "Reverse direction" button at least one of my scroll is not in the desired direction. Really annoying no? I know I may be hardware linked to I'm sure you can do something. So maybe a fix will be to propose a vertical AND an horizontal direction in the soft. This will give more customisable options to all the others users too.

FYI: I tried to change it in Logi Options but the problem persist.

Rationale

Game changer for all MX Master 3 users. Both will scroll in the same direction.
