error in sentence_level files for ISClean version

Dear developers, hereby I am reporting some files are wrongly generated when using ISClean version.

Specifically files 1094, 1137, 1160, 1172, 1284, 1315, 1424, 1428, 1436, 1455 have some missing sentences.
For example, in the file "1455" is missing the sentence which contains the word_1..word_23 and word_1139..word_1167. I do not know if this happen also in other files.

Although IS version seems to be ok, I can not use that version because I need the clean version in order to avoid the extra annotation (e.g. PRO-1).

There is a possibility for you to solve the problem?
Can you suggest me any alternative?
