docs: Verander scheidingsteken en voeg het pad toe in het title eleme…

…nt in de head (#1539) Verandering in het title element in de head. De trailing delimiter en het scheidingsteken tussen items zijn veranderd van `|` naar `· ` En het pad is nu ook weergegeven in de title. Dit is niet gedaan voor de blogposts, omdat de titel wordt gebruikt in cards voor overzichtpagina. Indien de aanpassing ook daar is gewenst kan dit in een aparte PR. Deze PR vervangt #1445 en #1443 Co-authored-by: Yolijn van der Kolk <[email protected]>
