Ik zou willen dat er een linter was waarmee ik kon checken dat ik mijn tokens.json op de juiste manier heb ingevuld.

Bij Utrecht Design System staat een begin van een linter. Die code zou hier naartoe kunnen verhuizen:
packages/component-library-design-tokens/src/
