/_apis/wit/fields returning Unauthorized for ProcessDefinitionProcessor

Hi,

I am trying to migration process from one ADO server to another, but it fails with missing access to target https://///_apis/wit/fields?

I am member of Project Collection Administrators, and my PAT token works otherwise.
When pasting the url in browser, I get a valid response.

I am using this :
