エラーメッセージ込で通知。
BOT_NOTIFICATION_CHANNEL宛に飛ばすのが吉？
ただしこれはHTTPの通信でWebsocket通信とは別で飛ばす

Issue #3 の死因を判明させるためにやる

#3 が治ったっぽいので要件変更、docker-compose psの出力をそのまま返せる感じにしたい

よくよく考えたらコンテナから docker-compose とか叩けるわけ無いやんけ、何かしら状況を返すコマンドの出力を返したい

リプライが自分かどうかは data['type'] == 'desktop_notification'で拾えそう
中にdata['channel']も入ってるのでそのまま流せばOK?
