bug: hm-activate- service not waiting for network

Issue description

Some of my activation scripts require network access to work.
Is it possible to make the hm-activate- systemd service depend on the network manager wait service or so?

example issue:

hm-activate-mloeper[2111]: warning: you don't have Internet access; disabling some network-dependent features
