I noticed some new activity recently on the original project.
Do you plan to sync at some point?

Hey drupol. I wouldn't mind getting help as I'm no longer actively using this project.

Sure, I’d be happy to help, but I wanted to share my thoughts first.

This fork was originally created because the original project was not being maintained. However, from what I can see now, the original project seems to be actively maintained again. Given this, I wonder if it still makes sense to continue maintaining this fork or whether it would be more beneficial to contribute directly to the original project.

Sounds good to me! What matters is that the project is maintained.

Would you be up for looking at both projects and seeing how they can be reconciled?

I can have a look, but from here I only see 2 options:

1. We archive this project and contribute to the upstream one with the changes
2. We sync this project with new changes from upstream.

Anyway, I don't think I have the solution at the moment.

I think (1). Try to upstream this project's changes, and if they get accepted, we archive this one.
