Hi , I worked on the issue and have made an about page , with the folowing features

  1. Added a about.jsx to src/pages , with the following details
    a)About GSoC
    b)What is Gsoc
    c) Why GSoC
    d) a button to direct them to explore all the organizations

  2. Added About page link in the side bar

  3. Added meta data for the about page

I am open for further recommendations
