They don't have weekly challenges, but their single- and multiplayer contests are really fun.

How long are these contests? There seems to be no info about the duration of any contest.
For example : https://www.codingame.com/challenge/back-to-the-code

Went ahead and posted this question on their forum. See : https://www.codingame.com/forum/t/what-is-the-duration-of-the-contests/805

There are currently three kinds of contests and the duration is not the same:

  • Solo contests, usually 3-4 hours
  • Multi contests, usually 2 weeks
  • Optimization contests, the last one was 24 hours

The next contest is after the summer holidays and for now the topic and the kind of contest is not defined yet (and probably won't be before august).

@MaximeCheramy , the problem, is there a reliable way of getting the duration of the contest from the site. Like the upcoming contest is listed in the site with start date, is the duration or end time also listed with the contest ? So that the app can get the duration or end time from the site.

The different duration of the contest makes this more a problem as if all the contests were of same duration, we could take kind got away with "hard-coded" duration.
